I am back in Florida and I visited Aventura today! I fasted for breakfast before making lunch at home. I had leftover Force of Nature Meats and gluten-free pasta with a salad from Green Bar Kitchen. Force of Nature is an amazing meat company because they only use 100% grass-fed meats and conduct regenerative agriculture methods. Additionally, The Green Bar Kitchen is a vegan restaurant that is focused on sharing the benefits of a plant-based diet. Their menu is amazing!!! They offer a variety of vegan burgers, sandwiches, salads, bowls, smoothies, salads, and so much more.  I loved it so much the first time, I am so happy I saved leftovers for today.

Later in the afternoon, I made a matcha tea! Matcha is high in antioxidants, helps with liver health, boosts brain function, promotes heart health, and there are so many more health benefits.

I had a fantastic dinner in Aventura at Corsair Kitchen and Bar and had an amazing view of their golf course. I had the shrimp and salmon with rice and asparagus. Everything was so fresh and delicious.

I was so excited to see that Evolved Chocolate has THREE new flavors!!!! The hazelnut one is incredible, it does not disappoint and I highly recommend it. When I got home I had it with lemon ginger tea from Traditional Medicinals, it was my first time trying this flavored tea and it was so good!! Evolved Chocolate creates gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and organic chocolate bars, spreads, keto cups, and more. I cannot wait to try their other flavors because I love this brand. Traditional Medicinals Teas are plant-based, non-GMO, free of artificial flavoring, and more! Additionally, they have tea in basically every flavor you could imagine; they have blood orange, warming vanilla, elderberry, and so on. Lastly, I made sure to grab a bag of Smart Sweets Sweet Fish and they were the perfect snack and sweet, energizing boost for this very long day! Our bodies will crave more food on long days like this one, so we need to fuel it with healthy, delicious food, and finding healthy, delicious, energizing options is the challenge! Smart sweets are mostly plant-based candy (except for their fruity gummy bears, sour gummy bears, and regular gummy bears that contain gelatin). But their Sweet Fish, Sour Blast Buddies, Peach Rings, Sourmelon Bites, Red Twists, and Lollipops are all 100% plant-based and vegan friendly! Additionally, I love that it is a female-owned business!

To end the day, I had the perfect dessert from Milk Gone Nuts, and wow! Milk Gone Nuts is a local juice and smoothie bar with some organic ingredients. Everything tasted so good and wasn't too sweet. Some places really make things taste too sweet when trying to create the perfect dessert. I love how they make their own organic almond milk which is divine! The almond milk ice cream dipped in chocolate and pistachios was incredibly delicious and very unique! Every item on their menu is just as unique and amazing sounding and cannot wait to try more.
