Here is how I spent my week in Charlottesville, VA eating on The Earth Diet, having a great time exploring the town, sharing my Anxiety-Free Supplements, cooking with vegetables from my garden, and so much more.

I had the Coco Verde Green Smoothie Bowl fromThe Juice Laundry many times this week! The Juice Laundry is a local, 100% organic, and plant-based restaurant with everything from smoothies and smoothie bowls to nut milk, chili, and so much more.

Every morning I start my days with homemade green juice and Liana's Anxiety Free Supplements. The supplements make such a difference on my days and I have been taking them daily since formulating them during the beginning of the pandemic. Additionally, the supplements support focus and mood balance, promote nervous and immune system support, and provides stress and anxiety support.

Here are some of my favorites for the week!! I tried Evolved Chocolate bars from The Whole Foods and loved it. They have so many flavors, too! Evolved is a vegan, refined sugar-free, and 100% organic brand. Additionally, I had Aurora Organic Raw Macadamia Nuts for a snack with my Evolved Bar. Another sweet snack I have been loving this week has been Imlak'esh Organics Cacao Wafers! Imlak'esh products are certified organic, regeneratively grown, and ethically traded. Next, has been a long-time favorite, Sunbutter!!! Sunbutter is perfect to put in smoothies, dip your apples in, or eat alone and is non-GMO, gluten-free, and free from the top 8 allergens. An easy go-to for meals is Explore Cuisine chick-pea pasta! Their products are a great alternative to regular pasta and taste practically the same! They make pasta with no added flavorings, binders, or gums and made from red lentil, green lentil, black beans, soybeans, chickpeas, fava beans, edamame, mung beans, sesame, rice, and spirulina. Another product from The Whole Foods Market that I love is, Desert Essence Natural Tea Tree Oil Whitening Plus Mouthwash, which is made using natural ingredients like the pure essentials oils of Australian tea tree, wintergreen, and spearmint that gives you a cool and fresh breath. Lastly, I am so excited I have found Volley Tequila Seltzer! It is made using only 3 ingredients: organic juice, sparkling water, and premium 100% blue agave tequila from the highlands of Jalisco! They also come in other flavors too, like spicy ginger, sharp grapefruit, and zesty lime.

It has been AMAZING being able to use homegrown vegetables from my rooftop garden this week and make some awesome dinners!!!

And for desserts, I used Capello's Cookie Dough to cure my sweet tooth! Capello's has created grain-free, paleo, gluten-free products using almond flour, cage-free eggs, coconut milk and oil, cassava flour, maple syrup, arrowroot flour, unfiltered apple cider vinegar, honey, sea salt, tapioca flour, and psyllium husk! I love their pizzas and pasta, too!!

I went to Zocalo, a local Charlottesville favorite, for dinner with friends one night this week and had the best food. They have amazing food, drinks, and desserts!!

I had such a fun time speaking on the Dr. Gundry Podcast and Hair like Hers Podcast this week! On Dr. Gundry's Podcast, we discussed the relationship between FOOD and MOOD and which foods are working for you rather than against you! So fun!!! On the Hair Like Hers Podcast, we talked about what eating natural means and the right mindset to approach a healthy lifestyle. Go check them both out!!

I had another great week with the Prolyfyck Run Crew to start our mornings on the right foot running through Charlottesville!
