Saturday was a day full of travel before arriving in California!!

It is so awesome to see brands like Smart Sweets in most airports now! They are a great candy option for a sweet snack on the plane. Smart Sweets are a great snack for on the go anywhere.  Their products are mostly plant-based candy (except for their fruity gummy bears, sour gummy bears, and regular gummy bears that contain gelatin). But their Sweet Fish, Sour Blast Buddies, Peach Rings, Sourmelon Bites, Red Twists, and Lollipops are all 100% plant-based and vegan friendly! Additionally, I love that it is a female-owned business!

I made roasted vegetables the day before and brought them to travel with. As the picture says, roasted veggies are beneficial in preventing cravings for fried and fast foods at the airport. Packing snacks before makes it easier to avoid being tempted by all the fast food options before, between, or after flights.

My first meal in West Hollywood was Dialog Cafe and wow! It is a great organic breakfast spot with an amazing vibe! I highly recommend the breakfast burrito and egg omelet. Everything we had from there was so delicious and it was so nice to get organic green juice after a long travel day.

I am so happy I packed Pique Matcha Tea for my trip because their matcha provides immune support, promotes radiant skin, and brings calm energy and focus. They have several other flavors with extensive benefits; for example, ginger green tea, jasmine green tea, elderberry, and more! AND... if you use the code 'LIANA' you will receive 5% off your first order!!!

Some more travel must-haves that I packed were a few of the Go Macro Lemon Bars and my Anxiety-Free Supplements. The Go Macro Bars are organic, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, non-GMO, clean, soy-free, dairy-free, and provides 10 grams of protein. Additionally, they have so many products and in what seems like any flavor imaginable! I love that they are plant-based bars that provide just as much protein and energy as other brands. They are another great travel snack and great to have for when you are on the go all day. My Anxiety-Free Supplements are a daily must-have and they make my days so much better!! The supplements are made from a scientifically-derived formula to help reduce stress and anxiety and promote a happier mood, and nervous system and immune system support!! They are made from entirely organic ingredients like ashwagandha, spirulina, turmeric, flaxseed, echinacea, and more. Also, the supplements are made using adaptogenic herbs that are used to balance and increase the body’s resistance to stress and boost immunity since ancient times.

We went to dinner at Gracias Madre with Sarah Deanna, the author of Supermodel You. The book helps to teach healthy habits that come from models to maintain amazing bodies, beautiful faces, and extreme confidence. Deanna helps unlock your inner supermodel and inspires you to live your best life while feeling as self-assured, confident, healthy, and awesome as models feel. Gracias Madre was so delicious and it was awesome to find an organic plant-based Mexican food restaurant!! It is known for some of the best cocktails in the world too! One of the only places I will drink a cocktail because they use agave instead of triple sec or refined white sugar. They have a location in West Hollywood and Newport Beach and I would definitely recommend it if you are ever in the area. I got the gluten-free enchiladas and they were delicious! I also ordered their  “ceviche” made from hearts of palm and it was mind-blowing! Gracias Madre was born out of love for Mother Earth and reverence for all mothers. They create traditional Mexican cuisine made plant-based, all from scratch using local, organic ingredients. As for their cocktails, they are dedicated to diffuser-free agave spirits and their bar highlights independent producers and small-batch distillers in Mexico.
