Sunday in West Palm Beach, Lunch at Amazing Plant-Based Cafe Meraki and Plant-Based Ice Cream After!

I am still having so much fun in Florida and had a fantastic Sunday in West Palm Beach!

We went to church at Christ Fellowship in West Palm Beach and it is so amazing to finally worship in person again, safely of course!

The next stop was Meraki Juice Kitchen where I got the Macro Bowl, which was super healthy, nutrient-dense, and filling too! Meraki Juice Kitchen creates plant-based, dairy-free cuisine, gluten-free options, cold press juices, and all sorts of superfoods! Additionally, they are organic and locally sourced when possible.

After Meraki, I headed over to Angie's Epicurean, a plant-based and dairy-free ice cream truck! Angela Fernandez, the owner, and chef of the whole production creates each product from scratch with a health-oriented focus. She focuses on catering to all dietary needs such as; gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, vegan, plant-based, and non-GMO. So yummy!!!

For a late afternoon snack, I had the oatmeal cookie dough flavor of Evolved Chocolate and it was the perfect pick-me-up! Evolved creates sweets that are vegan, organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free.
