A Day in Palm Beach & West Palm Beach, Lunch and Dinner from Meraki!

I'm having the best time in south Florida! I am loving the sunshine. Christmas time in Florida is so beautiful! Ah, heavenly!

I had lunch and dinner at Meraki Juice Kitchen in West Palm Beach. They also have a location in Palm Beach Garden. Wow, incredible!

Meraki Juice Kitchen "Our mission is to serve you the finest organic plant based cuisine, cold pressed juices, nut milk, tonics and superfoods of superior nutritional value and delicious taste." They use organic, locally sourced produce as much as possible. Meraki Juice Kitchen is passionate about providing healthy, gluten free, dairy free, plant based cuisine, in addition to cold pressed juice. 

For lunch, I had an acai bowl. Yum! For dinner, I had the power bowl, which was the tastiest bowl. Wow, made from: sautéed vegetables, black beans, bok choy + carrots, avocado, chickpeas, cilantro, teriyaki, spicy nyc sauce + cashew cheese, served with cilantro rice or quinoa.

Next time I'm in town, I plan to check out Planta, Pura Vida, and True Food Kitchen as they have opened up, but Meraki is a favorite!
