I had breakfast at The Earth Bar again and got the same Epic Smoothie with a chocolate base and added spinach and spirulina! Spirulina has a number of nutritional benefits, it is high in antioxidants, can help lower "bad" triglyceride and LDL levels, may have anti-cancer properties, can help reduce blood pressure, and more!! The Earth Bar also has vitamins, supplements, fresh grab-and-go meals, cold-pressed juices, healthy snacks, and several other partner products; so there is always something for everyone!

As always, I always start my day with my Anxiety-Free Supplements! The supplements are made from a scientifically-derived formula to help reduce stress and anxiety and promote a happier mood, and nervous system and immune system support. I finally met with Lauren the founder of Monty's, the epic cashew cream cheese! They believe that food should be as pure as possible and not heavily processed like so many other products are. I went to Erewhon Market again and tried two new products that were SOOOO GOOD!!! I got a donut from Karma Baker and a Caramel Craze Bar from Eco-Licious. Karma Baker is a Los Angeles bakery that has insane desserts and sweets! Their products are entirely free of animal products, they are gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, non-GMO, and source organic ingredients whenever possible. Eco-Licious is another amazing brand that specializes in anything and everything vegan. All of their products are 100% vegan and never cook anything over 120 degrees, by doing so all the vital nutrients remain even after they are cooked. 

Lastly, we finished the day at Soho House in Malibu for dinner with  Sarah Stewart and Craig Clemens. The beet dip was incredible, the roasted cauliflower was heavenly, and the fish tacos were great! Everything about this dinner was so good!!!
