I love the food scene in NYC! There are so many amazing, organic and Earth Diet approved options. Here's my list:

Baby Brasa

Baby Brasa is an organic restaurant that serves Peruvian fusion dishes. They have an amazing menu filled with healthy options, yum! They are accommodating to those who are vegan, gluten-free and/or vegetarian. 

Ja Ja Ja Plantas Mexicana 

Ja Ja Ja features fresh pressed juice and plant based street food. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ja Ja Ja offers an experience that brings playful and authentic Mexican food with a health twist. Yay!

Epistrophy

Epistrophy hand makes their pasta from scratch! They use quality flour, which is the key to eating gluten. You must make sure it's good, quality flour! Their beef is grass-fed. In addition, Epistrophy, uses organic and locally sourced items on their breakfast, lunch and dinner menus.

Tam Sang Thai Kitchen

Tam Sang's mission is to combine the best of traditional across all religions of Thailand with organic, hand picked, high quality ingredients. Tam Sang is organic, gluten free and homemade. Wow, amazing! They are called "Thai Street" on Postmates FYI!

Erin McKenna's Bakery 

Erin McKenna's Bakery has the most gorgeous cakes, the most epic donuts and bagels! They are all gluten free and a much healthier bakery option. The bakery has two rules: 1. "Create a bakery free of harmful ingredients." 2. "Wear cute uniforms." Enjoy!

Rosella

Rosella's is organic sushi. They put an emphasis on sustainability by offering locally caught fish and shellfish. By locally catching fish, they are "avoiding unsustainable bycatch and methods such as large-scale dredging that damages reefs and the sea floor." Their sushi is amazing, such high quality!

Loi Estiatorio

Loi Estiatorio's is a delicious Greek restaurant. Their menu features fresh, healthy ingredients such as olive oil, yogurt, wine, herbs and spices, beans, nuts, seafood, and fruits and vegetables. There is a term in Greek called 'Philotimo' in essence it means "to do things with the sense of pride, love and respect of oneself, one's family and one's people." Chef Maria Loi embodies this concept culinary wise.

Juice Press

I always stop by Juice Press when I am in the city. Their market is amazing and sells everything you would need when grocery shopping. They sell my Anxiety- Free Supplement and if you are not in NYC, they are available on their online market! Juice Press has amazing smoothies packed with the highest quality and freshest organic ingredients. 

ABC Kitchen 

ABC Kitchen offers the freshest ingredients that is locally sourced. They create dishes and menus based on the season. I highly recommend this organic kitchen!

Agavi Organic Juice Bar

Agavi believes that "health is much more valuable than wealth." They are 100% organic, gluten and dairy free, yay! If you need a fresh juice or delicious smoothie, this juice bar has it all.

BareBurger

BareBurger is known for their hand-crafted burgers. These burgers are prepared with the highest quality ingredients. The beef is organic, grass fed, antibiotic free, and growth- hormone free. BareBurger is allergy friendly. These burgers are delicious! 

Blossom on Columbus

Blossom on Columbus is a vegan restaurant known for bringing vegan dining to a fresh, new level. They provide fresh, organic ingredients sourced from local farms. Blossom puts caring for animals first and foremost, while also encouraging a healthy lifestyle.

The Butcher's Daughter

The Butcher's Daughter is a plant based restaurant, cafe, juice bar, and vegetarian "slaughterhouse." They are known for treating fruits and vegetables as a butcher would treat meat. They chop and carve produce into beautiful dishes. They are 100% vegetarian, with many vegan and gluten-free options.

Caravan of Dreams

Caravan of Dreams is a vegetarian restaurant serving vegan, kosher, and organic dishes. They believe that if you want to feel well, you must eat well.  They use existing and newly discovered ingredients that promote health, such as maca, goji berries, and raw cacao.

Dirt Candy

Dirt Candy is NYC's only vegetarian restaurant. That's right, they only serve vegetables! Their goal is to make them taste better than any other meal you've had. Dirt Candy's menu regularly changes to reflect the seasons. Fun fact: Their name is dirt candy because "vegetables are just candy from the dirt."

Dr. Smood

Dr. Smood's mission is to "offer clean, nutritious and flavorful everyday essentials to the world." They aim to give you peace of mind with every bite. They are certified organic and plant-based.

Flavor's Cafe

Flavor's Cafe is dedicated to providing fresh, healthy and natural foods. They support local farms committed to sustainable, organic farming. They offer various meal options that are divine! They are NYC's first choice in healthy food on the go.

Inday 

Inday is an "everyday eatery rooted in the Indian philosophy of food is thy medicine." They place an emphasis on sourcing single origin spices and local, sustainable protein. They are 100% gluten, soy, and refined sugar free. More than half of their menu is vegan.

Juice Generation is known for their smoothies and acai bowls. They prioritize finding the healthiest ingredients from the best sources. They are allergy friendly.

Le Botaniste is a plant-based, organic and sustainable food & wine bar. They have delicious warming soups, perfect for the winter. 

The Little Beet

The Little Beet offers wholesome, healthy foods that taste great and make you feel great. They take pride in clean sourcing and serving nutrient-rich food. They are accommodating for all dietary choices.

The Organic Grill

The Organic Grill is an organic and vegan restaurant on the Lower East side of Manhattan. They offer vegan, gluten-free and kosher meals. They use seasonal produce and ingredients in all of their dishes.

Peacefood Cafe

Peacefood Cafe is a vegan kitchen and bakery. They are involved in the community by providing nourishing, plant-based meals for children and families, seniors, homeless and domestic violence shelters, food banks in marginalized communities. What an epic mission!

Pret A Manger

Pret A Manger brews 100% organic coffee and tea. They offer fresh food in each location's kitchen daily! Additionally, all unsold food is donated to food rescue partners.

Sweetgreen has a mission to build healthier communities by connecting people to real food. They saw an opportunity to reimagine fast food and where quality was never sacrificed for convenience. They offer multiple bowls, salads, plates, and sides with quality ingredients.

Urban Vegan Kitchen

Urban Vegan Kitchen is an incredible vegan restaurant with an epic mission! They are a partner with "Support + Feed." They help provide quality, nourishing, plant-based meals to people in need. Their menu is stellar with lots of traditional, bar food items with a vegan twist.

Wild

Wild started when Miki Agrawal, found and partner of WILD, realized she was intolerant to all additives, hormones and pesticides put in American-mass produced food. She had given up her favorite food pizza and was inspired to offer people the best version of pizza she could make, made with organic, gluten-free flours and tomato sauces, and hormone-free cheeses and meats. Wild is an incredible pizza shop!
