I am so excited to share with you guys CHi Foods plant-based meat.
Chi resembles a pork texture and has a delicious flavor. This is the first plant-based meat on the market I have seen that is certified organic and has CLEAN & real ingredients. They are certified organic and high in protein.
The protein comes from Sacha Inchi seeds which are rich in protein, healthy omega 3 fats, vitamin E, and fiber. Sacha Inchi protein contains all 9 amino acids and is easily digestible.
Chi is free of the Top 9 allergens and is also keto & paleo too. There are four different flavors: Chi-Rizo, Italian Herb, Maple Sage, and Original.
Here I made the Chi-Rizo into delicious tacos using lettuce wraps as the shell. This is an example of a quick meal that doesn’t sacrifice health. To cook Chi you just throw it in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes. Then use lettuce or your favorite gluten-free tortilla shells, add the Chi, and top with toppings of your choice. Chi is so versatile and can be used as a meat substitute in almost any recipe.
