What Are Genetically Modified or GMO Foods?

Oct 28, 2020

Genetically modified foods, which are also known as genetically modified organisms (GMOs), are created through the manipulation of plant and animal development by altering their gene expression.

Human interference with food in its natural state turns it into something else that may not be healthy to eat. For instance, genetic engineering can introduce an allergen into food that previously did not contain it.

In my opinion, a food that has been genetically modified is nutritionally suspect and likely to be toxic and harmful to the body. There have been many controlled studies done on mice in which scientists feed a group of mice organic foods and another group of mice GMO foods. The mice fed GMOs became obese, unable to move, developed cancerous tumors, and were unable to produce babies. Do some research on the Internet yourself to see if GMOs feel right to you.
