On Sunday, we had lunch at David’s family reunion! It was so fun and everyone made such amazing and fresh food.

On Monday morning we went to the local gym and then to High Tide Juice Bar. They make juices, smoothies, smoothie bowls, wraps, coffee, and more that are all made from simple ingredients.

On Monday afternoon we explored New Port and I had the best lobster I’ve had to date at The Landing.  They have a huge menu full of fresh seafood and have the best raw bar options. Additionally, they are right on the water and have a great view. After lunch, we went on a sailboat cruise in the harbor. I always make sure to travel with my Anxiety-Free Supplements, which are made from a scientifically derived formula to help reduce stress and anxiety and promote a happier mood, and nervous system and immune system support. They are a lifesaver, especially while on the go.

Dinner was at The Mooring Seafood Bar and Kitchen and the seafood from this day was exceptional! It was all so fresh! The Mooring has "top of the catch" seafood and an amazing selection of wine. Their menu is so big and has something for everything and they even offer an entirely gluten-free menu that has so many options.

On Tuesday we went out to lunch at the Ocean House in Watch Hill. I ordered the shrimp cocktail and it was so fresh. The seafood in Rhode Island was all so good. I have loved every meal!! The Ocean House has fresh shellfish like oysters, crab claws, and clams from the waters nearby. Their menu also has amazing cocktails and other amazing food options for those who dont love seafood.

To end the day, we took the ferry to Long Island!! I brought Simple Mills Chocolate Chip Cookies, tea, and some peaches for snacks. I love most anything from Simple Mills because their products are made with plant-based, nutrient-dense ingredients and are made with coconut sugar, almond flour, coconut flour, and coconut oil. The cookies are gluten-free, grain-free, soy-free, corn-free, dairy-free, vegan, and non-GMO!! Lastly, I met the cutest, sweetest, little puppy, who made my day!
