A Week In Las Vegas Food Journal- Winter Fancy Food Show

Here are a few of my goodies that I had at the airport on my way to Vegas! Hu chocolate is my go to and enjoyed these Kettle Brand chips.

Sunday and Monday taking my supplements in Vegas at the Winter Fancy Food Show! I love being at the food show but it is go, go, go. Such a busy time, so taking my supplements help decrease my stress and stay focused!

Dinner at Yellowtail! I had the yellowtail scallion roll. Incredibly fresh sushi and seafood. Their signature yellowtail roll was remarkably delicious!  (Just don’t order anything with crab unless you like mayonnaise!).

Brought my supplements with me every day! 

Had some incredible Thai chicken pizza with sunbutter that I served at the show for dinner one night too!Milkadamia soft serve, wow! Milkadamia comes from high vibe macadamias grown on free range trees in Australia! Their products are creamy and delicious, and this time they had a soft serve machine and wow the most creamy and smooth vegan ice cream made from macadamia nuts!Frooze Balls is a a new one you haven’t seen me post about yet! 100% plant-powered snacks that are both good for us and the planet. They are made with real, whole food in recyclable packaging. Sweetened with dates and made with wholesome ingredients you can recognize. The Chocolate Hazelnut Balls were my favorite!Suntein a new vegan protein made with just one ingredient: sunflower seeds! This is revolutionary. And it’s new so you haven’t heard about it yet.

Nelly's organic candy bars are way better for us! Made with wholesome and good quality ingredients.Sunbutter satay noodles. Love this recipe found in all my books!More sunbutter recipes, yum!!!Sunbutter yogurt dip! Dinner at Nobu! So incredible, wow! I had the Seabass entree which is special to the Vegas Nobu. We also ordered a raw tuna dish and the scallop roll. All of it was so delicious! Checked out Fruits & Roots Juice Bar in Vegas! Their menu, quality of food and staff make it impossible to be disappointed! Fruits & Roots are a FULLY organic juice bar + kitchen, and the first of their kind to have a drive-thru - real fast food! They are driven to provide nutrient-dense food daily.

I had the All Green Everything Juice, The Earth Acai Bowl, and Vegan Taquito Bowl with a gluten-free tortilla made from cauliflower & mushroom - so unique. Everything was so delicious and nutrient-dense, the perfect fuel after a successful day of work at the Winter Fancy Food Show. We visited the Las Vegas Vitacost Headquarters and Store-front to check out our Anxiety-Free supplements! This is the only Vitacost storefront in the US!

Traveling back to Charlottesville from Vegas. For plane snacks, I had Peeled Snacks and Sunbutter! Match made in Heaven. I also had Fruits & Roots! I love getting meals like this and bringing them on the plane.
