Starting Day with Green Bowl, Vitacost‘s 27th Birthday and my Twenty Seven Favorite Products, Salad from my Garden with Primal Kitchen Dressing, Roasted Veggies for Dinner, Chocolate Covered Gummy Bears for Dessert, and my Online Health Business School Launches this Week!

I am starting the week with exciting news: it is Vitacost's 27th Birthday!! So, to celebrate I will be sharing my 27 favorite items.

But first I had to start my day with a green bowl and smoothie from The Juice Laundry. I got the "Coco Verde" green smoothie bowl and the "Monster" smoothie, which were both so good! The Juice Laundry is my go-to smoothie place in Charlottesville because it is 100% organic and entirely plant-based.

I was so excited to use vegetables from my garden for lunch! I added carrots and avocados on top of my homegrown lettuce mixed with arugula and used Primal Kitchen Organic Balsamic Vinaigrette. I love the Primal Kitchen products because they are soy and canola-free, sugar-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free! For dinner, I roasted some of my homegrown broccoli with cauliflower and brussel sprouts.

But, they are having their anniversary sale and everything is 15% off!! To end the night, I made chocolate-covered gummy bears using a Hu Chocolate Bar and Smart Sweet Gummy Bears. The Smart Sweet candies are amazing and a great alternative to other sweets. They are free of sugar alcohols, gluten, GMOs, dairy, soy, lactose, peanuts & tree nuts, artificial anything!
